That's why we are here to make your return process smooth and easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your item or items, we will be happy to issue you a STORE CREDIT ONLY, and no worries, your credit never expires. Returns must be dated by 7 days of the date the order was placed. 

Please see that your item meets all criteria for return

* • Item is STAIN FREE this includes make-up and deodorant 
* • Item must free of pet hair, odor and perfumes 
* • Item is not Final Sale 
* • You are inside of the 7 days specified for return

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns include:

Sale items, Leggings, Accessories, Seasonal + Holiday items, Holiday specific Queen of Sparkles items, Hats and Undergarments. No exceptions!

Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount is FINAL SALE and not applicable for returns.


If you meet all criteria above for return, but item was shipped to you please see below:

* • The customer has 7 days from arrival of item (verified delivery date via tracking number) to reach out to our team for approval of return. Once JM has approved return, item must be dropped at carrier service of customer's choice within 2 business days.  

* • The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns. If possible, email us at with a tracking number so we know when to expect your return.

* • Once return is approved, customer will be issued a store credit for the specific items returned.  Customer will not be credited original shipping fee of $10. Please allow 2-3 business days for an email containing your store credit.

You may also choose to visit our store front location, if you are in the area. If you choose this method you will still need to provide your receipt/proof of purchase information and remain inside of return guidelines.

* • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) 
* • All US shipping addresses are charged a $10.00 flat rate fee.
* • 2-3 business days is the current processing time and does not include the shipping time.
* • 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 
* • All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 

* • If order is needed in a quicker turnaround, please reach out to us directly. Higher shipping cost will apply

JM Boutique is not responsible for the following

* • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
* • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Customer is responsible to open a case with USPS if item is marked delivered to correct address, but is not found.

* • While JM will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, federal holidays, etc.
