Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the date the order was placed.

* • Item must free of pet hair, odor and perfumes

* • You are inside of the days specified for return

Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns include:

Sale items, Leggings, Accessories, Seasonal + Holiday items, Hats and Undergarments. No exceptions!

Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return for store credit.

* • You must include packing slip and or order number with your return or we will not be able to process your return.
